New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services Air Emissions Reporting Forms

NHDES requires facilities which emit air pollutants to submit air emissions data and fees. These data are used in tracking NHDES’ progress in meeting Clean Air Act mandates by analyzing state air pollution trends and developing appropriate pollution reduction strategies. The data are also used in calculating health risks to the general public, responding to inquiries about pollution amounts and for assessing fees.

Annual NOx Emissions Statement Form INV-N2 – for NOx control equipment

This template is for combustion sources that are required to submit an annual NOx emissions statement and that use NOx control equipment.

Annual NOx/SO2 Emissions Statement Form INV-N1

This template is for combustion sources that are required to submit an annual NOx emissions statement, and for combustion sources that are required to submit an annual SO2 emissions statement.
