Welcome to the NHDES Winnipesaukee River Basin Program Permit Application Forms page.
The Winnipesaukee River Basin Program (WRBP) permit applications are only applicable to proposed wastewater projects within the 10 member communities that it serves. These communities are: Moultonborough, Center Harbor, Meredith, Laconia, Gilford, Sanbornton, Belmont, Northfield, Tilton, and Franklin. If the proposed activity is within one of these communities, the first step to completing permit application(s) is to contact the appropriate local, municipal office. The municipality or sewer district must approve all permit applications before they can be submitted to the WRBP for consideration.
