Air Resources Division
The NHDES Air Resources Division is responsible for attaining and maintaining clean air and protecting the public health of New Hampshire citizens. This work is done in part through collaboration with the public and the regulated community and is most effective when information is submitted to the department effectively and accurately. Therefore, the department has the following categories of applications and reporting forms to aid in the authorization of permits, issuance of DERA grants and the collection of regulatory required information as well as for the public to file a complaint regarding air emissions.
