Communication Access Online Forms

DHHS Communication Access policy, systems, training and oversight are managed by the Office of Health Equity, and include the following objectives:

Facilitate effective, quality communication access across all DHHS programs and services for individuals needing communication assistance.
Monitor contractor compliance with federal civil rights laws requirements including training and self-attestation checklist.
